I draped a faux greenery garland over the mirror for a realistic touch, then added velvet ribbon in colors that worked with the decor already in place. The mix of pink, blue, red, and dark green tied back to the existing color palette and gave the whole area a softer look. I made bows with some of the ribbon and left the rest loose and draping for a softer finish.

This year, I had a Christmas cactus and an amaryllis growing, and I decided to keep the rest simple with a dried orange garland and cranberries across the front. It felt like a fun twist on the more traditional approach I usually take, and I really loved the crispness of the white in this space.
